Used in the symptomatic treatment of OA RA. Relief of signs symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Acute pain; primary dysmenorrhea acute chronic lower back pain.

Product Usage

May be taken with or without food: Doses for OA/RA may be given w/ or w/o meals. For patients w/ swallowing difficulties; open cap & empty contents in 1 tsp (5 mL) applesauce/rice gruel/yogurt/mashed banana. Swallow immediately w/ water.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains 200 mg of Celecoxib.

Storage Information

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The sprinkled capsule contents on applesauce; rice gruel or yogurt are stable for up to 6 hours under refrigerated conditions (2°C-8°C or 35°F-45°F). The sprinkled capsule contents on mashed banana should not be stored under refrigerated conditions.

Increased risk of serious CV thrombotic events; MI & stroke; GI bleeding or inflammatory conditions; renal & liver impairment; dehydration Pregnancy (3rd trimester) & lactation. Elderly. Side Effects: flushing; cough; vomiting; abdominal pain; diarrhea; dyspepsia; flatulence; gastric ulcer
