Product Usage

Angina pectoris: Oral tab 5-30 mg qid. SL tab 5-10 mg 2-3 hrly. Acute CHF Oral tab 10-40 mg qid. SL tab 5-10 mg 2 hrly. Chronic CHF Initially 5-10 mg 2 hrly sublingually. Maintenance: 20-40 mg qid orally.

Store between 20-25°C. Protect from light.

Warnings

Special Precautions:Hemodynamic monitoring & frequent clinical assessment with the use of organic nitrates in early infarction. May aggravate angina. Tolerance & cross-tolerance to other nitrates & nitrites may occur. Avoid abrupt withdrawal. Pregnancy & lactation. Children. Elderly. Increased hypotensive effects with alcohol; antihypertensive drugs; ?-blockers; phenothiazines; sildenafil; Calcium channel blockers.
