Product Usage

Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor. Read the Medication Guide and the Patient Information Leaflet if available from your pharmacist before you start taking and each time you get a refill. May be taken with or without food: For patients with swallowing difficulties; crush tab & suspend in water; apple juice or mixed w/ applesauce. Drink immediately. Solution stable for 4 hours.

Storage Information

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

Warnings

Increased risk of hemorrhage; severe hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Children <18 y/o. Interactions with increased plasma concentration with diltiazem; naproxen; clarithromycin; amiodarone; verapamil; quinidine; etc.
