What is Watsons Club?
It is Watsons’ loyalty program that allows members to enjoy exclusive benefits and promos at Watsons.
What are the benefits of being a Watsons Club member?
a. Lifetime Membership: Membership is non-expiring
b. Exclusive Discount Prices and Offers: Members can avail exclusive promos and higher discount on products by just presenting their physical card or E-Watsons card during transaction.
c. Earn Points:
i. PHP 200 spend = 1 point
ii. Regular Points (earned from total purchase) will be reflected in your account within 1 day
iii. Bonus Points (earned from promotions) will be reflected in your account within 15 days.
d. Redeem Points:
i. 1 Point = PHP 1.00
ii. Earned points can be redeemed when you shop at Watsons In-store and Online
iii. To redeem, member must use a minimum of 20 points.
iv. Get 15% Off if you shop online using your Watsons Club or your Watsons Club Elite on your birthday month.

How can I become a member of the Watsons Club program?
a. Registration is FREE when you join Watsons Club via Watsons Online and Watsons App until December 31, 2023
b. Input mobile number and Validate One Time Pin (OTP)
c. Click “Sign Up for Watsons Virtual Card”
d. Input your Personal Details
Will I be able to enjoy all member benefits instantly upon sign-up?
Yes, you may start getting exclusive offers and discounts and accumulate points immediately. Check your points balance real time through the Watsons App
Can I avail the Watsons Club Card even if I’m below 18 years old?
No. A customer must be 18 years old and above to apply for membership.
Will my Watsons Club membership expire?
No. Watsons Club Membership is lifetime. However, customer is encouraged to make a transaction at least once a year to avoid membership deactivation and continue to enjoy member benefits.
II. USE OF THE WATSONS CLUB CARD
Is the use of Watsons Club card transferable?
No. Sharing of Watsons Club card is not allowed to prevent cases of misuse.
What if I forgot to present my Watsons Club Card upon purchase, will I still be able to redeem and earn points?
No. Member can only redeem and earn points if they present their physical card or E-Watsons card upon transaction inside the store.
What should I do if I lost my physical Watsons Club Card?
a. In case of a lost card, member must contact the Watsons Hotline (02) 791-5000 to report incident. Member to provide Registered details—card number, name, mobile number and email address to the Customer Service representative.
b. Get a copy of your E-Watsons card by downloading the app and linking your card details. The E-Watsons card can be used to transact purchases in-store by showing your unique E-Watsons card QR code.
How do I check my current points balance on my Watsons Club account?
1. You may dial the Watsons Customer Service hotline (02) 791-5000 and press 3 to check your points.
2. Access points balance via the Watsons App through viewing “My Account”
3. If you have a Physical card, you may check points balance via linking your card to the Watsons App

How do I link my Physical card to the App?
Download the Watsons App and Click “Link Up/Apply for Membership”. Input your card information and personal details to successfully link the card.
How do I update my member details?
1. To update your member details, you may contact our Watsons Customer Service hotline (02) 791-5000 and press 3 so our customer service representative can assist you.
2. Do the update via Watsons App
a. Go to “My Account” and open Settings
b. Go to Update Details
What should I do if I have two different card accounts under my name?
Members may call the Customer Service hotline at (02) 7-791-5000 and press 1 to ask for assistance in merging the card accounts.

III. EARNING AND REDEMPTION OF POINTS
How do I earn points?
Members get 1 point for a minimum spend worth PHP 200.00
Birthday points benefit can be utilized during the month of your birthday. Enjoy 5x bonus points on your first purchase on that month. Birthday points are credited to your account within 1 day for In-store transaction and up to 15 days for Online transaction.
Watsons Label points benefit can be utilized anytime you buy our Watsons Labelled products. Enjoy 2x bonus points, which will be credited to your account within 1 day for In-store transaction and up to 15 days for Online transaction.
What products can I redeem with my points?
Members whose Membership accounts are active may redeem their Watsons Club Card Points in exchange for any products in any Watsons stores, physical store or online.
Can I exchange my points to cash?
No. Members understand and agree that these Points earned cannot be exchanged for cash.
What is the minimum point redemption?
Members must use a minimum of 20 points.
How long will it take for the system to update my points?
Please allow within one (1) working day from date of transaction for Regular Points to be reflected in your account. Earned Bonus Points will take at least 18 working days.
Do points expire in the Watsons Club card?
Yes. Watsons points expire every two December 31s. For example, points earned in October 2020 will expire on 31 December 2021, while points earned in February 2020 will expire on 31 December 2021.

You may also monitor the status of the expiration of your points via linking of your Membership card to the Watsons app. Points will appear in the app in real time.
IV. PRIVACY POLICY
Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information submitted?
All personal data submitted will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Your contact information will be used by solely by Watsons for promotional purposes only.
Do you store my personal information on the card?
No, the Watsons Card does not contain any information of the member.
How can I deactivate my Watsons membership/online account? Can I activate my account again if it has been deactivated?
If you are a Watsons Member, do note that Watsons Membership is for lifetime which allows you to earn & redeem points for your purchase, enjoy members’ benefits etc. If you deactivate your account, you will not be able to enjoy all the members’ benefits.
If you are not a Watsons Member but have previously created an online account and would like to deactivate it, please send in your request through data-privacy@watsons.com.ph
Please note that the deactivation process for both the Watsons membership or online account is irreversible. If you would like to enjoy the Watsons membership benefits or shop on Watsons Online again in the future, you would need to sign up for a new account.
