PAYMENT METHODS
1. Credit Card Payment
Credit Card payment option is available for all Shoppers. We accept all Visa, Master, JCB, and American Express credit cards issued in the Philippines. Note that corporate credit cards are currently not accepted.
Your transactions and credit card information are protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards. You will receive a payment confirmation email after successfully paying for your order. In case you will not be able to personally receive your order, please make sure to prepare an authorization letter and proof of your and your authorized person’s identity (any government- or company-issued ID).
As part of our fraud risk management policy, transactions that reach our threshold amounts/conditions for individual accounts may be rejected by our payment gateway.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept, through our authorized logistics services provider, cash payment upon order delivery to your delivery address. Our COD option is simple and secure. We recommend that you prepare the exact order amount as our logistics partners may not have enough change at hand at all times.
3. e-Coupon & e-Voucher
Valid Watsons e-vouchers can be used for payment. Promotion codes or e-coupon codes can also be used in relation to applicable exclusive discounts. Just select the voucher/coupon or key in the valid code as part of the payment process during check-out.
4. E-Wallets
E-wallets such as GCASH and GrabPay may be used for payment. Select the payment method upon checkout. Shoppers will be redirected to the payment gateway for payment processing.
How to Upload a Prescription Using Watsons PH App and Website
To submit a prescription in Watsons PH app or website, customers may simply follow the steps below.
- Once orders are finalized, customers can go to the order summary by clicking the “Shopping Card” icon.
- For medicines that require a prescription, click on PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PRESCRIPTION and a prescription icon will appear in the upper right part of the order summary table.
- To upload a prescription, click the “Submit” icon.
- Click “Add File.” A maximum of 10 images can be uploaded.
- Click the “Submit” button.
After checkout, our pharmacist will get in touch with you to validate the prescription.
