SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When placing your order, you may choose between having it delivered to your specified address or picking it up from one of Watsons’ physical stores of your choice (via the Click & Collect services).
Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours, after which your order will delivered to your designated address or your selected Click & Collect store.
For Express Delivery, successfully placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within 3 hours (Orders placed from 10:00am to 6:00pm)
I. Home Delivery
1. Get a shipping fee discount with minimum purchase of Php 1000.00 for all Watsons Club Members. (discount capped at Php 50.00).
2. We charge a special fee of Php 499 for bulky items (8 kilograms or above in actual or dimensional weight), regardless of order amount. If a product is considered a bulky item, this will be indicated in the product details page.
3. Delivery fees are included in your basket summary. You may check them before you confirm and place any order.
4. We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partners’ delivery zones.
5. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Our logistics partner will also get in touch with you via SMS when your package is about to be delivered.
6. You may expect your orders within:
- 1-3 days for Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna
- 3-5 days for rest of Luzon
- 5-9 days for Visayas and Mindanao
7. In case you will not be able to personally receive your order, please make sure to prepare an authorization letter and proof of your authorized person’s identity (e.g. any government-issued ID). Please check whether all of your ordered items are delivered with what's stated in the delivery note, and then sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt before returning it to our logistics partner.You can log in to your account to check your order status any time.
8. You can now track your order in two ways, (1) Click the Track My Order on the uppermost menu on the Web and (2) click Order History on both Web or App, just make sure you are logged in to your account. Select Order No and you will find the latest status of your order from Received, Packing, Shipping and Delivered.
9. In case of inclement weather conditions or delivery limitations due to local quarantine restrictions, deliveries may be delayed. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the soonest possible time.
10. Disclaimer: For items that are identified for special handling, the delivery and processing of these orders may take an additional 3 business days.

II. Express Delivery
1. Express delivery is currently available in the following areas:
- Metro Manila
- Cavite - Bacoor, Imus, Dasmarinas, Silang, Gen. Trias, Tanza, Trece Martires, Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Rosario, City of Cavite, Carmona, Kawit
- Rizal - Cainta, Antipolo, Taytay, Angono, Rodriguez (Montalban), Binangonan, Tanay
- Bulacan - San Jose Del Monte, Santa Maria, City of Malolos (Capital), Marilao, San Miguel, Baliuag, Plaridel, San Ildefonso, Guiguinto, Pulilan
- Laguna - San Pedro, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Los Banos, City of San Pablo, Santa Cruz (Capital), Pagsanjan
2. For orders made between 10:00am - 6:00pm, you may expect your Express Delivery orders within 3 hours. Orders made after 6:00pm will be processed starting 10:00am the next day and delivered before 2:00pm.
3. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Our logistics partner may also get in touch with you when your order is being delivered.
4. In case of inclement weather conditions or delivery limitations due to local quarantine restrictions, deliveries may be delayed. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the soonest possible time.
5. There are cases whereas customer’s address is hard to locate by our logistics provider hence there will be potential delays in your order/s.
6. In case you will not be able to personally receive your order/s, please make sure to prepare an authorization letter and proof of authorized person’s identity (e.g., any government-issued ID). Please check whether all of your ordered items are delivered with what’s stated in the delivery note, and then sign on the document to acknowledge receipt before returning it to our logistics partner. You can log in to your account to check your order status any time.
7. You can now track your order in two ways:

- Click Order History either on Web or App just make sure you are logged in to your account. Select Order No and you will find the latest status of your order from Received, Packing, Shipping and Delivered.

III. Collection at Stores - Click & Collect Express
1. With Click & Collect, you can purchase online and collect your orders from your selected Click & Collect store at your convenience.
2. Click & Collect is currently FREE of charge, with no minimum purchase requirement, and available only with the credit card payment option.
3. You can select from the most updated list of our stores with Click & Collect when you choose this delivery option upon checkout.
4. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection at your selected store. Click and collect orders will be ready within 30 mins upon order placement. Orders with prescription medicines require a valid prescription to be uploaded during order creation to ensure timely fulfillment. Orders placed 30 minutes before for closing time will be processed the following day and will be ready for pick up 30 mins after store opening.
Please present a valid ID upon claiming your order. In case you will not be able to personally pick up or collect your order/s, please make sure to prepare an authorization letter with a copy of your valid ID and proof of authorized person’s identity (e.g., any government-issued ID). Please check whether all of your ordered items are delivered with what’s stated in the delivery note, and then sign on the document to acknowledge receipt before returning it to our logistics partner. You can log in to your account to check your order status any time.
5. We encourage you to collect your order within three (3) days of receiving the email notification that your order is ready for collection. You will receive a second email reminder from us for any uncollected orders. Note that, as per our policy, we will cancel any order that is uncollected after 14 days. Credit card payments for such orders will be refunded via credit card payment reversal, following our standard processing period.
