For the management and treatment of Skin and soft tissue infections, respiratory tract infections, uncomplicated genital infections due to Chlamydia trachomatis, Chancroid, Non-gonococcal cervicitis/urethritis due to Chlamydia trachomatis,Prophylaxis of disseminated Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) infections, Uncomplicated gonorrhoea, Active immunisation against typhoid fever caused by Salmonella typhi and Granuloma inguinale.

Product Usage

May be taken with or without food. May be taken w/ meals to reduce GI discomfort.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 500 mg of azithromycin.

Storage Information

Store at or below 25°C.

Warnings

Increases serum concentrations of digoxin; ciclosporin; terfenadine; hexobarbital and phenytoin. Decreased rate of absorption w/ antacids containing aluminium and magnesium. Increased risk of ergot toxicity.
