Day #1

 

Breakfast: Green smoothie (add a handful of spinach and kale, ½ avocado and cucumber)

Lunch:  Sweet potato salad

Afternoon snack: Nuts and a banana

Lunch: Pumpkin and lentil soup

Afternoon snack:  Nuts and an apple
