1. Avocado toast with soft boiled egg
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Slice of whole wheat bread
- 1 Egg
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- Lemon juice(optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the egg in the hot water with medium heat, boil for 4 minutes
2. Put the wheat bread to toaster
3. Cut the avocado and mash it
4. Spread avocado mash on the toast and season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
5. Peel the egg, cut into half then put on top of the toast
2. Oatmeal with mixed nuts
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of oats
- 2/3 cup of milk
- A tablespoon of cinnamon
- A tablespoon of Manuka honey
- Some roasted almond, pistachio, and cashew
- 1 Banana
Instructions:
1. Boil the oat in the medium pot with medium-low heat, stir it once in a while. Add the milk once the oat is done.
2. Garnish oat with cinnamon, honey, mixed nuts and banana
3. Onion and mushroom scrambled eggs
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- ½ Onion
- ½ Cup of mushroom
- A tablespoon of olive oil
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan with medium-low heat; add onion, mushroom and stir it, season with salt and black pepper
2. Beat the egg in a bowl and spread it.
3. Pour the egg in saucepan, stir it together with onion and mushroom until the egg is set.
4. Strawberry yogurt smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup of fresh strawberry
- 1 Cup of plain Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup of almond milk
- 1 Orange
- ½ teaspoon of Vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender until it is smooth. Garnish the smoothie with some cooked oat.
