(1) Face Massage

Face massage is a good daily skincare practice to stimulate blood circulation and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines. After applying your daily skincare products, massage your face for 20 minutes by using gentle and circular motions. It helps your skin better absorb the essences of skincare products. It can also tighten facial muscles and release tension.

(2) Wear Sunscreen

Wearing sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day to protect your skin is a must. Sun exposure significantly contributes to skin aging and the formation of wrinkles, fine lines. Harmful UV rays reduce skin elasticity and cause skin pigmentation, wrinkles and fine lines. Wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat with a brim are the best ways to stay away from sun damage.

(3) Use Anti-aging Cream

As we age, the collagen production of our skin decreases. Your skin loses its elasticity and becomes sagging. It causes wrinkles and fine lines. You can use anti-aging creams or moisturizers containing ingredients like hydroxy acids, copper peptides, retinol or kinetin every morning and night to keep your skin hydrated and plumped. They can minimize wrinkles, fine lines and smooth your skin effectively.
