Indicated for the treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, to improve exercise ability and to decrease clinical worsening.

Product Usage

Pulmonary HTN ≥12 yrs: Initially 62.5 mg BID, increased after 4 wks to a maintenance dose of 125 mg BID; <40 kg: 62.5 mg BID both initial and maintenance. Systemic sclerosis with on-going digital ulcer disease: same dose for pulmonary HTN.

Warnings

Contraindications: Moderate-severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class B or C).

Special Precautions: Liver-aminotransferase concentrations should be measured before starting therapy
