Take 2 capsules three times a day.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains Carnitine orotate 150 mg; Pyridoxine HCl 25 mg; Cyanocobalamin 125 mcg; 17 amino acids 12.5 mg; Adenine HCl 2.5 mg; Riboflavin 500 mcg.

Warnings

Special Precautions: Administration of doses of cyanocobalamin >10 mcg daily may produce a hematological response in patients with folate deficiency; indiscriminate use may mask the precise diagnosis.
