Warnings

Special Precautions: Hypersensitivity to penicillins. History of allergy. Renal impairment. Avoid prolonged use. Discontinue use if diarrhea occurs. May interfere w/ Jaffe's method of measuring creatinine conc & may produce falsely high values. False +ve direct Coombs' test. False +ve reaction for glucose in urine w/ Benedict's or Fehling's soln or copper sulfate test. Pregnancy & lactation.
