Members will earn double entries when they shop at Watsons Online Store.

2. Single receipt transactions and purchase made within the promo period only will be allowed. Otherwise, these will not be considered as valid entries.

3. Member must present and/or use his Watsons Club or Elite Club Card upon paying at the cashier counter or link the card before making an Online purchase. For new members, only those with purchases credited to the Watsons Club card will get to earn e-raffle entries.

Non-members can get to join this e-raffle promo by activating a Watsons Club card and buying a minimum of P500 single-receipt of participating products.

4. Only purchases made via Watsons Online (webstore/app) will be considered as valid entries. Purchase outside these channels will not be valid.

5. Promo duration is from Aug 17-Sept 17, 2023. E-raffle draw date will be on Sept 25, 2023.

6. Draw schedule, to be witnessed by FDA representative.        

7.     Members who qualify for this e-raffle promo must ensure having up-to-date contact details: mobile number and email address in their Watsons club account. Members with unregistered details should complete their registration first on or before Aug 17, 2023 to get a chance to win the prizes at stake.

9. Watsons Philippines decision is final with the concurrence of DTI/FDA representative.

10. All winners drawn will be subject for verification by Watsons Philippines. The list of the verified winners will be released once the verification has been made. Verification shall be done no later than a month after the draw date.

11. Winners will be notified via Email, SMS, and/or Phone Call via registered email and mobile number. Winners will also be announced via the Facebook page of Watsons Philippines.

12. Watsons Philippines has the right not to disclose the winners if security reasons permit.

13. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.

14. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

15. Winners have 90 days, starting from the receipt of notification, to claim the promo prize; after which prize shall be forfeited in favor of Watsons Philippines, with prior approval from FDA.

16. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Watsons Philippines free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

17. In the event that the winner chooses not to accept a prize or any element thereof, they forfeit any claims to that prize, which can then be used in other events or promotion at the sole discretion of Watsons Philippines.

18. All employees of Watsons Philippines, relatives, and up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity disqualified from joining the raffle.

19. Watsons Philippines may disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

20. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be discovered.
