Warnings

Not for the treatment of nonbacterial infections & meningitis. Atopic individuals; GI disease; neuromuscular blocking agents; G6PD deficiency. Pregnancy & lactation. Children ?16 yr. Elderly >60 yr. Interactions with neuromuscular blocking agents; aminoglycosides; ampicillin; erythromycin.
