Warnings

Increased clearance with enzyme inducers eg phenytoin; barbiturates; primidone; carbamazepine; rifampicin; oxcarbazepine; topiramate; felbamate; griseofulvin; nevirapine; St. John's wort-containing products. Increased plasma levels with enzyme inhibitors eg; ketoconazole; itraconazole; fluconazole; voriconazole; verapamil; erythromycin; clarithromycin; diltiazem; grapefruit juice.
