Warnings

Concomitant use with isotretinoin is known to cause pseudotumour cerebri; with methoxyflurane may result to fatal renal toxicity. Increased metabolism with phenobarbital; carbamazepine; primidone and phenytoin. Risk of breakthrough bleeding with oral contraceptives.
