Description

Mometasone furoate formulations contain mometasone furoate, a synthetic 17-heterocyclic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and vasoconstrictive properties, which is presently being therapeutically used for the treatment of corticosteroid responsive dermatoses, such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.

Product Usage

Indication:
Indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and irritant and/or allergic contact dermatitis.

How to use:
A thin film of mometasone furoate should be applied to the affected skin areas once daily.

Ingredients

Each gram contains 1mg of Mometasone furoate.

Storage Information

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

Warnings

Store below 30°C.
Discontinue use & appropriate therapy should be instituted if irritation develops. Systemic absorption can produce reversible hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression w/ the potential for glucocorticosteroid insufficiency after withdrawal of treatment.
