Warnings

Special Precautions: Dual blockade of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS). Hyperkalemia. Monitor BP; serum K; renal function regularly. Discontinue use if hypotension and angioedema occur. Patients with prior history of angioedema; renal artery stenosis; NYHA functional classification IV. B-type natriuretic peptide not suitable for biomaker of heart failure. Do not administer unless systolic BP ≥100 mmHg. Not recommended for end-stage renal disease. Black patients. Renal and moderate hepatic impairment. May affect ability to drive and use machinery. Not recommended during of pregnancy (1st trimester). Lactation. Childn and adolescents <18 yr.
