Warnings

Other CNS drugs; alcohol. May enhance serotogenic effects w/ lithium. Decrease Cmax & AUC of ketoconazole. Increased plasma conc w/ CYP2C19 inhibitors (eg; omeprazole; esomeprazole; fluvoxamine; lansoprazole; ticlopidine) or cimetidine. Increase plasma levels of desipramine. Increase Cmax & AUC of metoprolol.
