Anti-Ulcerant Indication: For short term treatment of GERD with erosive esophagitis in adults and pediatric patients 1 month to 17 years, inclusively as an alternative to oral therapy when oral esomeprazole is not possible or appropriate.

Product Usage

Adult20 or 40 mg once daily by IV inj (no <3 min) or IV infusion (10-30 min) for 10 days.Childn 1-17 yr ≥55 kg20 mg infused over 10-30 min<55 kg10 mg infused over 10-30 min.Infant 1 mth to <1 yr0.5 mg/kg infused over 10-30 min.
