-Severe aortic or mitral stenosis
-Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
-Unstable angina pectoris
-Acute MI w/in 4-8 wk
-Decompensated heart failure. Severe hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Children.
