Treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardias, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation/flutter, symptomatic sustained ventricular tachycardia, premature ventricular contractions &,/or nonsustained ventricular tachycardia causing disabling symptoms in patient resistant to or intolerant of other therapy.

Prior electrolyte disturbances. Renal or significant hepatic impairment. Patients with permanent pacemakers or temporary pacing electrodes; predisposition to cardiac failure. Concomitant use with other antiarrhythmics. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn.
