Apply palm size amount directly on foot and then soak in warm water for 5-10 minutes. For best results, follow immediately with foot scrub. Increase or decrease ratio of foot soak to water as needed in subsequent uses depending on your preference. For optimum results, use with Watsons Footease Foot Scrub as part of your foot care regimen.
