Indications:
For Acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis ; Antirheumatic.

Contraindications:
Contraindicated to patients who are sensitive to 4-aminoquinoline compouds; in patients with retinal or visual field changes attributable to any 4-aminoquinoline compound. It is also contraindicated for long time therapy in children.
