Product Usage

Hypertension, initially 150 mg once daily, increased if necessary to 300 mg once daily. Renal disease on hypertensive type 2 diabetes mellitus, initially 150 mg once daily, increased according to response to 300 mg once daily (in haemodialysis or in elderly over 75 years, initial dose of 75 mg once daily may be used).

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains: Irbesartan, USP 150 mg or 300 mg. Irbesartan is a non-peptide compound, chemically described as 2-butyl-3-[p-(o-1H-tetrazol-5-ylphenyl)benzyl]-1,3-diazaspiro[4.4]non-1-en-4-one. Its empirical formula is C25H28N6O. Irbesartan is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 428.2325.
