Storage Information

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

Warnings

Avoid abrupt withdrawal or transition to or from another type of antiepileptic therapy. Patients with reduced renal function or undergoing hemodialysis. Assess renal function in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
