INDICATIONS: Essential HTN in patients whose BP is not adequately controlled on losartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity. Pregnancy (2nd & 3rd trimester) & lactation. Hydrochlorothiazide: Anuria, renal decompensation, Addison's disease.
