Severe diarrhea or vomiting & taking tablet irregularly lessens reliability. Heart disease; malabsorption syndrome; liver dysfunction; History of jaundice in pregnancy; past ectopic pregnancy. Side Effects: skin rashes; urticaria; mental depression; breast changes.
