Dosage/Direction for Use
-Adult (>18 yr) Max: 20 mg daily. Wk 1: 5 mg (? tab in AM, no dose in PM). Wk 2: 10 mg (? tab in AM, ? tab in PM). Wk 3: 15 mg (1 tab in AM, ? tab in PM). Wk 4 onwards: 20 mg (1 tab in AM, 1 tab in PM).
-Elderly >65 yr 20 mg/day.
-Patient w/ severe renal impairment (CrCl 40-60 mL/min/1.73 m2) 10 mg/day.
