Warnings

Special Precautions: Severe renal impairment; epilepsy. Concomitant use w/ NMDA antagonists eg amantadine; ketamine or dextromethorphan. Careful monitoring of patients w/ factors or condition that may raise urinary pH. Recent MI; uncompensated CHF & uncontrolled HTN.
