Warnings

Special Precautions: Mild hepatic impairment. Discontinue use if patients progress from mild to moderate hepatic impairment. Avoid concomitant use w/ fluoxetine or fluvoxamine (discontinuation w/ fluoxetine should elapse at least 5 wk & 14 days should elapse for initiation). May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. Side effects: Headache; dyskinesia (w/ levodopa).
