Adult >50 kg rifampicin 600 mg + INH 300-400 mg/day, <50 kg rifampicin 450 mg + INH 300-400 mg/day. To be taken once daily.

Warnings

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to rifamycins &/or INH. History of drug-induced hepatitis; acute liver diseases; peripheral neuritis.

Special Precautions:
Avoid irregular intake & resumption of fixed combination after interruption of therapy. Impaired renal function
