Used as bronchodilator for the symptomatic relief of bronchospasm in obstructive airway disease eg, bronchial asthma, emphysema &, chronic bronchitis.

Product Usage

Adult & childn ?12 yr: 2.5-5 mg four times a day. Children up to 12 yr: 1.25-2.5 mg every 4-6 hr as needed. For Severe airways obstruction: Adult max of 40 mg/day under strict medical supervision.

Ingredients

Each mL contains 1 mg of Salbutamol sulfate.

Storage Information

Store at room temperature not exceeding 30°C.

Warnings

Special Prcautions: Hypersensitivity. Impaired function of the heart &/or the vascular system; HTN; hyperactivity of the thyroid gland; enlarged prostate & history of spasms. May give positive result in doping controls. Pregnancy & lactation.
Side effects: Nausea; dizziness; skin rash with irritation. Increased heart rate & restlessness. Chest pain & tremor.
