Until when is the refill your medicines promotion via click and collect express?
Promo duration is from March 1 - 31 only.

What is the mechanics?
Get up to 3% Off on ALL MEDICINES (Dispensary except comply and save products).

Can I order if I am not a member of the Watsons Club?
The promotion is exclusive to Watsons Club Members and Elite Members. You can register for FREE to become a Watsons Club Member and enjoy exclusive benefits and promos at Watsons. Check this link for more information: https://www.watsons.com.ph/membership-registration

Can I use my SC and PWD Discount?
You can use your SC or PWD discount but not in conjunction with the 10% off promo. We will apply the higher discount, which is the SC or PWD discount in this case.

Can I order my medicines without prescriptions?
For Dispensary items, a Pharmacist will need to validate the RX orders. Please expect a call or text to confirm. The customer is required to send their prescriptions to onlinepharmacy@watsons.com.ph

When will I receive my order?
Click and collect orders will be ready within 30 mins upon order placement. Orders with prescription medicines require a valid prescription to be uploaded during order creation to ensure timely fulfillment. Order creation and preparation are dependent on the operating hours of the chosen collection store. Can I return the products that I ordered?
