Special Precaution: Patient with anatomical deformation of the penis or haematological disorders that may predispose to priapism. Not indicated for pulmonary HTN secondary to sickle-cell disease. Mild to moderate hepatic and severe renal impairment. Childn (chronic use). Pregnancy and lactation.
