Product Usage
Adults and Children >12 y/o (>35 kg):
Nausea and vomiting: 10-20mg (1-2 tablets) taken 3-4 times per day. Maximum dose: 80 mg
Dyspepsia; GERD or esophagitis: 10mg (1 tablet) taken up to 4 times per day (last dose at night). Dose may be increased to 20mg (2 tablets) if necessary. Initial course of treatment should not normally exceed 2-4 weeks.
Nausea and vomiting with migraine: 20mg (2 tablets) given up to 4 hours with paracetamol; as needed; up to a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours. Should not normally exceed two weeks.
To be taken 15-30 minutes before meals; and if necessary; at bedtime.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains 10 mg of Domperidone.
Warnings
May increase or decrease the absorption of some drugs especially those with sustained release or enteric-coated formulations.
