INDICATIONS:
Symptomatic short term treatment of moderate to severe acute pain in adult.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
-Hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen, tramadol or to any other NDSAID. Pregnancy & lactation. Dexketoprofen: Patients in whom substances w/ similar action (eg, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs) precipitate asthma attacks, bronchospasm, acute rhinitis or nasal polyps, urticaria or angioneurotic edema
-Photoallergic or phototoxic reactions w/ ketoprofen or fibrates
-Active peptic ulcer/GI hemorrhage or any history of GI bleeding ulceration of perforation
-GI bleeding of perforation related to previous NSAIDs therapy
-Chronic dyspepsia
-Other active bleedings or bleeding disorders
-Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
-Severe heart failure
-Moderate to severe renal dysfunction (CrCl <59 mL/min)
-Severely impaired hepatic function
-Hemorrhagic diathesis or other coagulation disorders
-Severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake). Tramadol: Acute intoxication w/ alcohol, hypnotics, analgesics, opioids or psychotropics
-Patients receiving MAOIs or who have taken w/in 14 days
-Inadequately controlled epilepsy
-Severe resp depression.
