A2: We take the security and integrity of our vaccination program very seriously. If we detect any suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the orders and not dispense the vaccinations.

Simply click on the link, select your preferred store location, choose a suitable date and time, and confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your scheduled vaccination. 

Q4: Can vaccinations be administered by other professionals? 
A4: Yes, vaccinations can be administered by other trusted professionals. While we have our own team of qualified healthcare providers, we understand that you may prefer to have the vaccination administered by your family doctor or another trusted healthcare professional. Please ensure that the professional administering the vaccination is licensed and qualified to do so.

Q6: Who can buy the vaccines? 

A6:  Any customer with valid prescription 

Q7: What are the common side effects of vaccines? 

A7: The usual side effects area in on injection site, soreness, redness and swelling on injection site, fever, headache, nausea, fatigue. These should be expected but will go away after few minutes or hours. Patient can take paracetamol to address fever or pain.  

Q8: Who should not get vaccines? 

A8: 

  • If you are allergic to any of the active substance or to any excipient or to any component that may be present in the vaccine 

  • If you had severe allergic reactions to a prior dose 

  • If you have a moderate or severe febrile disease or acute disease.
