Event Details:

 Watsons teams up with the Premier Philippine Volleyball League to bring an exclusive treat to Watsons Club members—a free volleyball game ticket giveaway! Feel the thrill courtside as you cheer for your favorite teams and enjoy an unforgettable experience. This offer is exclusively for Watsons Club members. 

For a minimum single-receipt net purchase of any product via Click and Collect or Express Delivery from the Watsons Mobile App and/or Watsons Website, Watsons Club members are entitled to get a FREE TICKET to watch a specific PVL conference. 

How to Avail of a Free Ticket:

1. Download the Watsons Mobile App or log in via https://www.watsons.com.ph/ and register as a member of the Watsons Club for FREE. 

2. Buy any Watsons products via Click and Collect or Express Delivery from the Watsons app or website. Make sure to reach the Minimum Single-Receipt Purchase Requirement for your chosen ticket type in accordance with the table provided below. . For example, buy PHP 550-worth of items to be eligible for a FREE Patron ticket. One (1) transaction per checkout is equal to one (1) ticket.

 

3. Upon reaching the MPR, eligible customers must input the corresponding game date code on the Watsons app or website before checkout. 

Each game date has a designated code. Customers can find these designated codes per game date on the main banner of this page. 

4. Ensure that the game date code is inputted before checkout. Check-outs without the code will not be eligible for a FREE PVL ticket.

5. Upon successful check-out, the customer will receive their PVL Unique Redemption Code (URC) from Watsons Online via their registered email address in approximately  three (3) business days upon payment completion of order.

In case the customer did not receive the URC, the customer may contact Watsons through these channels: 

a.    Watsons PH Customer Service Hotline 7-919-9999 from 11:00AM to 8:00PM daily;

c.    Live chat on Facebook Messenger which is available from 9:00AM to 9:00PM Monday to Sunday

6. The customer must print the email from Watsons with the redemption code and bring it, together with a government-issued valid ID, to the game venue on the game day. 

7. On the game day, a Watsons representative will be present at the game venue to manage the physical ticket distribution. The customer must present to the Watsons representative the printed email with URC from Watsons and a government-issued valid ID to claim their physical ticket.

8. Promo periods of availing tickets are as follows. Customers’ cut-off for confirming their chosen game date is 3 days before the games schedule.

 

Show schedules, rules and regulations are to be announced on Watsons and PVL online pages. Show schedules, rules and regulations are also subject to change without prior notice. Any changes and last-minute adjustments can happen without prior notice.

 
Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotional offer is only available to Watsons Club members with successful and qualified   purchases made via Standard Delivery through the Watsons Mobile App or Watsons Website. Validation of purchases and issuance of the Unique Redemption Code may take up to three (3) business days once payment is made.

2. Purchases made for this promotion are not subject to returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. Customers may contact Watsons PH Customer hotline in case of product concerns.

3. Only one (1) Unique Redemption Code is issued for every transaction, regardless of the total order price. Each Watsons Club member may avail of the free ticket promotion up to a maximum of three (3) transactions to give chance to other members.

4. Watsons Club members with validated purchases using the Promotion Code shall receive an email containing the Unique Redemption Code. In case of multiple valid purchases, the Unique Redemption Codes shall be released in separate emails. To prevent any fraud / misrepresentation on the release of the Unique Redemption Code via email, the codes are only released through pvltickets@watsons.com.ph identify official Watsons PVL email address.  There are no other fees or charges for the concert ticket.

5. The Unique Redemption Code (URC) is NOT the final PVL ticket. Watsons Club members are still required to redeem their physical tickets from the designated Watsons Representative at the game venue during the game day. Members must have their Unique Redemption Code (URC) and any valid government-issued ID to validate their redemption. Seats are pre-assigned and printed on the ticket.

6. Children under 7 years old are not allowed to enter the event venue for safety reasons. Children or minors must be with a ticketed adult in the same section. 4 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio will be applied across all sections. Unaccompanied minors (Aged 7-17) may enter the venue as long as they have a signed waiver beforehand to be presented upon entry. Waivers are available for download prior the game day, or at a designated help desk located at the venue on the game day. No signed waiver, no entry.

7. Employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. & Family Health & Beauty Corp., its advertising and PR agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the raffle promotions, should there be.

8. Please be reminded that Senior Citizen and PWD discounts on the tickets are not applicable since the tickets are free, upon purchase of the minimum amount required. 

9. The free PVL tickets are not intended for resale. Watsons Philippines is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from unauthorized sale of tickets or merchandise from this promotion. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any tickets that are deemed fraudulent or sold through unauthorized channels.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS TO THE PVL Game? 

• Watsons Club Members can be eligible for the free PVL game through the Watsons App or the Watsons Website only by purchasing via Click and Collect and Express Delivery. 
• Watsons Club Members must reach a Minimum Purchase Requirement to get their desired ticket tier. Watsons Club Members must choose the game day upon reaching the MPR and input its corresponding code prior to check out. Maximum of 1 ticket only per transaction. 
• The registered email address of the Watsons Club Member will receive the unique redemption code from Watsons 3 days after purchase transaction. 
• Print the email with the Unique Redemption Code from Watsons and bring it together with one (1) government-issued valid ID at the selected game venue on the selected game day.  

 

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I AVAIL? 

• Maximum of one (1) ticket per transaction. You can avail of multiple tickets under one (1) account, but one (1) ticket only per transaction or checkout. Only a maximum of three (3) transactions per account are allowed. 

HOW MANY TICKETS ARE GIVEN PER GAME DAY?

• The number of allocated Free PVL tickets per tier per game day varies depending on the location of the game due to the constraints in the size of the venue.

• Once the limit has been reached, the option to avail free PVL tickets on the Watsons App or Website will be disabled to avoid going beyond the allocation per game day.

                                                                                                                                                                

HOW MANY GAMES CAN I WATCH PER GAME DAY?

• Each game day will have 2 games. Watsons Club Members with a free PVL ticket can watch both games on the same game day.

 

EVERY WHEN IS THE GAME ANNOUNCEMENT?

• Game day announcements, including matchups, will be made on the last week of each month.
• Please check the official online channels and website of the Philippine Volleyball League and Watsons for the game announcements.

 

ARE ALL THE SECTIONS SEATED? 

• Yes, all of the tiers have allocated seats. Seat numbers are pre-assigned and printed on the tickets, so seat selection is not available.
• Upon redemption of the physical tickets, Watsons Club Members cannot exchange it for another seat number.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I AVAIL TICKETS? 

• You can avail of the free tickets via Watsons App and Watsons Website until May 15, 2025 only, or until tickets are sold out. 
• Availing a free PVL ticket for a chosen date will have a cut-off of 3 days before the game schedule.

 

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE MODES OF PAYMENTS? 

For payment of products purchased at Watsons Online 

• E-WALLET (GCASH, GRABPAY): Click and Collect, and Express Delivery
• CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Click and Collect, and Express Delivery

 

IS THERE AN OPTION TO UPGRADE MY TICKET? 

• None. The ticket tier you chose upon checkout is final and unchangeable. 

 

IS THERE AN OPTION TO REFUND MY TICKET? 

• Tickets are non-refundable. 

 

CAN I REDEEM TICKETS FOR OTHER PEOPLE?

• Yes. To redeem tickets for other people, please bring the required documents stated below upon redemption: 
  • Copy of the email containing the ticket owner’s unique redemption code 
  • Authorization letter with signature of ticket owner 
  • Photocopy of 1 valid government-issued ID of ticket owner 
  • Photocopy of 1 valid government-issued ID of redeemer 

 

WHEN IS THE START OF TICKET REDEMPTION? 

• Ticket redemption will start on October 30, 2024 for all ticket tiers. 

 

HOW MUCH IS THE TICKETING CHARGE UPON REDEMPTION? 

• There is no more ticketing charge upon the redemption of the ticket at the game venue.

 

CAN I REQUEST AN E-TICKET INSTEAD OF A PHYSICAL TICKET? 

• No. Only physical tickets are allowed on the game day. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY UNIQUE REDEMPTION CODE IS VALID? 

• Only Unique Redemption Codes received from pvltickets@watsons.com.ph are considered valid. Any other codes released by other sources will not be accepted. 

 

CAN WE ISSUE A REPLACEMENT FOR LOST TICKETS? 

• We will not be liable for lost tickets. Lost tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced. Please ensure you safely keep your physical ticket until the game proper. Tickets with faded prints will still be accepted.
