WATSONS PLAYLIST: The Feel Great Concert brings together music performers Ben&Ben, SB19, and Zack Tabudlo on September 24, 2023, 7pm at Smart Araneta Coliseum. The event is exclusively offered to Watsons Club members and tickets are only available upon purchase of products in the Watsons App and Website.
For a minimum single-receipt net purchase of any products from the Watsons mobile app or Watsons online store (https://www.watsons.com.ph/), members of the Watsons Club get a FREE TICKET to Watsons Playlist: The Feel Great Concert at SMART ARANETA COLISEUM on SEPTEMBER 24, 2023. Raffle prizes including chance to meet and greet the artists await holders of VIP Standing, VIP Seated, and Patron tickets.
How to Avail:
1. Make sure you are a fully registered member of the Watsons Club.
2. Choose your preferred ticket type and then spend the minimum single-receipt transaction in the Watsons App or Watsons online store (https://www.watsons.com.ph/).
3. To qualify for free concert ticket, type the Promotion Code for your chosen ticket BEFORE checking-out the items in your bag.

4. Once you complete your purchase with the Promotion Code, you will receive a Unique Redemption Code in the email address linked to your Watsons Club membership within seven (7) business days.
5. Use this Unique Redemption Code to redeem your e-ticket and choose your seats through the Ticketnet website (https://www.ticketnet.com.ph/). Seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Minimal ticket redemption fees will apply.

Terms and Conditions
1. This promotional offer for free Watsons Playlist ticket is only available to Watsons Club Members with successful purchases made through the Watsons mobile app and website. Validation of purchases and issuance of the Unique Redemption Code may take up to seven (7) business days.
2. Purchases made for this promotion is not subject to returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. Customers may contact Watsons hotline in case of product concerns.
3. Only one Unique Redemption Code may be issued for every transaction, regardless of the total order price. Each Watsons Club member may avail of the Promotion Code up to a maximum of three (3) transactions to give chance to other members.
4. Watsons Club members with validated purchases using the Promotion Code will receive an email containing the Unique Redemption Code. In case multiple valid purchases, the Unique Redemption Codes shall be released in separate emails. Only those with Unique Redemption Codes will be allowed to redeem their e-tickets through TicketNet.com.ph. To prevent any fraud / misrepresentation on the release of the Unique Redemption Code via email, redemption codes will only be released through OnlineSupport@watsons.com.ph. Except for the ticketing and admin charges that TicketNet may collect, there will be no fees or charges for the concert ticket.
5. The Unique Redemption Code is NOT the final concert ticket. Successful Watsons Club members are still required to visit the Ticketnet Website to get their e-ticket using the Unique Redemption Code and to book their preferred seats. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Children under 11 years old will not be allowed to enter the event venue for safety reasons. Children aged 12 to 15 will not be allowed to use their tickets, unless accompanied by another adult ticketholder.
7. Employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. & FamilyHealth & Beauty Corp., its advertising and PR agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the raffle promotions.
8. The free concert tickets are not intended for resale. Watsons Philippines will not be responsible or liable for any damage arising from unauthorized sale of tickets or merchandise from this promotional. Watsons reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any tickets that are deemed to be fraudulent or sold through unauthorized channels.

2. REDEMPTION OF TICKETS
● Within seven (7) business days from date of the transactions, Watsons Playlist participants will receive their Unique Redemption code in the email linked to their Watsons Club account.
● Customers will then need to visit the Ticketnet.com.ph website and input their Unique Redemption Code in the Watsons Playlist Page to select their preferred seats (on a first-come, first-served basis) and redeem their e-ticket.
● Customers shall shoulder the ticket handling fee of Ticketnet worth PHP 100.00, which they can pay upon ticket redemption
3. RAFFLE MECHANICS
● All tickets under the VIP STANDING and VIP SEATED categories are automatically eligible for the the Meet and Greet raffle. All tickets under the VIP STANDING, VIP SEATED, and PATRON are automatically eligible for the Signed Poster raffle.
● Winners of the raffle will be chosen through a random selection process and will be notified through their registered email or SMS at least one (1) week prior to the event.
● Each Unique Redemption Code is only eligible for ONE (1) prize.
● Raffle eligibility: VIP Standing and VIP Seated ticket holders for the Meet and Greet and VIP Standing, VIP Seated and Patron for the Signed Poster.
RAFFLE WINNERS:
● THIRTY (30) winners of Signed Posters will receive a notification via their registered email or SMS with instructions on how to claim their prize.
● THIRTY (30) winners of the Meet & Greet Pass will receive a notification via their registered email or SMS with instructions on how to claim their prize.
● VIP ticket holders may only win once for both electronic raffles of Signed Posters and Meet & Greet Passes.
CLAIMING OF RAFFLE PRIZES:
● Raffle winners can claim their Signed Posters in the designated redemption booth in the venue on the day of the event.
● Meet and Greet Winners will receive an ID and will be called at the designated time and area to claim their prize.
● In case the raffle winner transfers their prize for Meet and Greet or assigns another person to claim their poster, the claimant must provide an authorization letter and present one (1) government-issued ID.
● Winners who will not be able to claim their signed poster can claim their prize at the Watsons Philippines office at MOA Complex, Pasay within 60 days after the event.

GETTING THE TICKETS
Q: How can I download the app and be a Watsons Club Member?
A: You may go to the Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Huawei AppGallery and look for the Watsons App. Download the app and register as a Watsons Club Member. Make sure to indicate your email and mobile number to be counted as a fully registered member. This will also be the same email where you can receive your tickets and other promotions.
Q: I am a Fully Registered Watsons Club Member, how can I purchase a Watsons Playlist ticket?
A: You can get your Watsons Playlist ticket when you become a Watsons Club Member and Shop in the Watsons App. Below are the steps for you to follow.
1. Open your Watsons App or visit the Watsons Website and start shopping for Health and Beauty products. Make sure your basket corresponds to the specific seat section that you want.
2. Check out your basket and indicate the seat section that you want in the Promotion Code area and proceed to check out.
3. After completing your purchase, kindly wait for seven (7) business days to receive your Unique Redemption Code. Once received, input the Unique Redemption Code at Ticketnet.com.ph and book your seat to get your e-ticket. Please note that TicketNet is charging a Ticketing Fee for the e-ticket.
Q: How much do I have to purchase per specific ticket?

Q: When can I start buying and using the Ticket Code?
A: You can start buying on July 28, 2023 at 9 AM.
Q: How can I get my ticket after my purchase in the Watsons App?
A: Watsons will be sending an email to guide you on how to claim your e-ticket at Ticketnet.com.ph site. You will receive a Unique Redemption Code in your email that you will input in the Ticketnet website so you can select your seats and pay for the ticketing service fee. Then you can download the ticket and save it in your device.
Q: How long will it take before I get my ticket?
A: The tickets are redeemed online at the Ticketnet website. To get your ticket, Watsons will be sending a Unique Redemption Code which you will input in the Ticketnet site to get your e-ticket. Expect the email with the Unique Redemption Code in 7 business days after your order was made.
Q: Why do I have to wait for 7 business days to get my unique redemption code?
A: Watsons need 7 business days to ensure that an order is valid and has been delivered.
Q: Do I have to bring a printed copy of my ticket?
A: You may bring a printed copy, but an e-ticket in your phone is already honored.
Q: How many tickets can I checkout in one transaction?
A: You are only allowed to checkout one (1) ticket per transaction. But your account can purchase a ticket up to 3x.
Q: Can I accumulate multiple purchases to reach the target minimum purchase for a ticket?
A: Unfortunately, no. This promo is a single-receipt basis only to protect customers from any potential fraud.
Q: Does Senior Citizen or PWD Discounts apply?
A: No, since this is a special promotion and tickets are considered free upon purchase of the minimum amount required. The customer can either input their Senior Citizen or PWD ID and get discounts for regular items OR use the ticket promo code to checkout a concert ticket for free.
Q: Can I choose my seat for the concert?
A: You can but it will be on a first-come, first-served basis and is only possible when you redeem your e-ticket at Ticketnet.com.ph
Q: Are there other charges upon redemption of the e-ticket?
A: Yes. Ticketnet has a separate charge of PHP 100.00 for the ticketing fee. Please note that physical printing of tickets is optional and with additional cost.

Q: Can I avail the Watsons Club Card even if I’m below 18 years old?
A: No. A customer must be 18 years old and above to apply for membership.
Q: How do I know that I am a fully-registered Watsons Club Member?
A: Once you already filled out your personal details via the website or app, a pop-up welcome message will appear stating that membership was successful.
Q: How can I link my physical card to my Watsons App account?
A: Here are the steps: 1. Download the Watsons app.
2. Choose the option “Already have Watsons Club Card”
3. Enter your Watsons card number/ Verify your Phone number.
4. Click “Receive one-time password via SMS”.
5. Input one-time password (OTP).

A: You just need to shop in the Watsons App and select any delivery type --- (1) Standard Home Delivery, (2) Home Express Delivery, and (3) Click and Collect.

Q: Can I buy at the physical store and still be able to get tickets?
A: No. This is an exclusive offer to our Watsons Club Members shopping in our Watsons App and Website.
Q: Can I use Click & Collect to buy products and redeem a ticket when I am nearby a Watsons Store?
A: Yes. You can use Click & Collect to participate but the Unique Redemption Code will only be sent to your email within 7 business days after your order.
ORDERS AND PRODUCTS
Q: Is it possible to get my orders already and not yet receive my ticket redemption voucher?
A: Yes, as the delivery of your order may arrive within 1 to 7 days. But please expect your redemption code to be emailed within 7 business days.
Q: Can we include medicines in our basket to reach the minimum purchase?
A: Yes. All products available in our Watsons App and Website are included. For non-Over-The-Counter medicines, it is still necessary to send a copy of your prescription in order for us to process your order.
Q: I have problems with my order, can I request for refund or cancel my order?
