WATSONS PLAYLIST: The P-Pop Power Concert brings together the top Pinoy Pop groups in the country. G22, KAIA, ALAMAT, HORI7ON, and SB19 are set to grace the SM Mall of Asia Arena stage on AUGUST 18, 2024, 8pm. This event is exclusively offered to Watsons Club members, and tickets are only available upon purchase of products in the Watsons Mobile App and Watsons Website.
For a minimum single-receipt net purchase of any product via Standard Delivery from the Watsons Mobile App and/or Watsons Website, Watsons Club members are entitled to get a FREE TICKET to watch the Watsons Playlist: The P-Pop Power Concert at the SM MALL OF ASIA ARENA on AUGUST 18, 2024. All ticket holders are given a random Watsons Playlist Artist photocard. VIP Standing ticket holders are automatically included in the following raffles: Meet & Greet and Signed Posters. Patron ticket holders are included in the raffle for Signed Posters.
How to Avail of a Free Ticket:
1. Download the Watsons Mobile App or log in via https://www.watsons.com.ph/ and reg
ister as a member of the Watsons Club for FREE.
2. Buy any Watsons products via Standard Delivery from the app or website. The FREE ticket will automatically be applied upon reaching the minimum purchase requirement (MPR).
Make sure to reach the minimum purchase amount exclusive of delivery fees for your chosen ticket type. For example, buy five thousand five hundred pesos (PHP5,500) worth of items to get the VIP Standing ticket. Remember, one (1) transaction per checkout is equal to one (1) ticket.
3. The free concert ticket will automatically be added as a GWP (Gift with Purchase) based on the basket price (exclusive of delivery fee) upon checkout. Ensure that the GWP promo is included at checkout before proceeding. Watsons Club Members will receive their Watsons Playlist Unique Redemption Code (URC) from Watsons Online via their registered email address two (2) to three (3) business days upon payment completion of order.

Don’t forget to print and/or save the email containing your URC upon receipt.
4. Present your printed/saved email containing the URC and one (1) valid government-issued ID at any SM Ticket outlet nationwide to get your physical ticket. Kindly refer to the list of available SM Ticket outlets on their website through this link https://www.smtickets.com/outlets. You may choose your preferred seat upon redemption. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
SM Ticketing charge of ₱60.00 is applied upon redemption for every one (1) ticket, i.e., you are charged per redemption for every ticket.
For VIP Standing ticket holders, a queuing link will be released one (1) week prior to the event day. The queuing numbers are based on the date and time you redeemed your physical ticket.
Promo period of availing tickets starts on June 25, 2024, 12:00 NN until August 8, 2024 only, or until tickets are sold out.
Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotional offer is only available to Watsons Club members with successful purchases made via Standard Delivery through the Watsons Mobile App or Watsons Website. Validation of purchases and issuance of the Unique Redemption Code may take up to three (3) business days once payment is made.
2. Purchases made for this promotion are not subject to returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. Customers may contact Watsons PH Customer hotline in case of product concerns.
3. Only one (1) Unique Redemption Code is issued for every transaction, regardless of the total order price. Each Watsons Club member may avail of the free ticket promotion up to a maximum of three (3) transactions to give chance to other members.
4. Watsons Club members with validated purchases using the Promotion Code shall receive an email containing the Unique Redemption Code. In case of multiple valid purchases, the Unique Redemption Codes shall be released in separate emails. To prevent any fraud / misrepresentation on the release of the Unique Redemption Code via email, the codes are only released through playlist@watsons.com.ph. Except for the ticketing and admin charges that SM Tickets may collect upon redemption, there are no other fees or charges for the concert ticket.
5. The Unique Redemption Code (URC) is NOT the final concert ticket. Watsons Club members are still required to redeem their physical tickets at any SM Ticket outlet nationwide. Members must have their Unique Redemption Code (URC) and any valid government-issued ID to validate their redemption. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Children under 7 years old are not allowed to enter the event venue for safety reasons. Children or minors must be with a ticketed adult in the same section. 2 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio will be applied for the VIP Standing section while 4 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio for the rest of the seated sections. Unaccompanied minors (Aged 7-17) may enter the venue as long as they have a signed waiver beforehand to be presented upon entry. Please note that only ages 12 and up are allowed in the VIP Standing section while ages 7 and up are allowed in the rest of the seated sections. Waivers are available at a designated help desk located at the venue on show day. No signed waiver, no entry.
7. Employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. & Family Health & Beauty Corp., its advertising and PR agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the raffle promotions.
8. Please be reminded that Senior Citizen and PWD discounts on the tickets are not applicable since the tickets are free, upon purchase of the minimum amount required.
9. The free concert tickets are not intended for resale. Watsons Philippines is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from unauthorized sale of tickets or merchandise from this promotion. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any tickets that are deemed fraudulent or sold through unauthorized channels.

Ticket Types and Inclusions:
Meet & Greet and Signed Poster Raffle Mechanics:
1. All VIP STANDING ticket holders are automatically eligible for the Meet & Greet raffle.
2. All VIP STANDING and PATRON ticket holders are automatically eligible for the Signed Poster raffle.
3. Winners of the raffle are chosen through a random selection process and are notified through their registered emails or SMS one (1) week prior to the event.
4. Each Unique Redemption Code (URC) is only eligible for one (1) prize.
5. There are thirty (30) winners of Meet & Greet passes and Thirty (30) winners for the Signed Posters.
Claiming of Raffle Prizes and Ticket Perks:
1. There is a designated redemption booth at the venue on show day for claiming of Signed Posters and Photocards.
2. Signed Posters are claimed after the show, while Photocards are available for redemption at 9AM onwards on show day. Emails sent by Watsons to winners must be presented upon redemption of Signed Posters. Photocards are redeemable on show day only.
3. Meet & Greet raffle winners are required to gather at a designated time and area in preparation for the fan meeting. An ID and strap are required to attend the fan meeting. Strapping starts at 9AM. There is a designated strapping booth at the venue. An ID is provided by the organizer upon meet-up. Further details will be sent through the winners’ registered emails and SMS three (3) days prior to the event.
4. Meet & Greet raffle winners are allowed to transfer and/or assign another person to enjoy the Fan Meet & Greet in lieu of them as long as the receiver is also a valid VIP STANDING ticket holder. Claimants must provide a copy of the email addressed to the winner, an authorization letter, and one (1) government-issued ID.
5. Winners who will not be able to claim their Signed Poster can claim their prize at the Watsons Philippines office at MOA Complex, Pasay City, within sixty (60) days after the event.
HOW DO I GET TICKETS TO THE SHOW?
Tickets can be availed thru the Watsons App and Watsons Website only. Depending on the ticket tier, once you reach the minimum purchase amount, you are eligible to avail a ticket for free. Maximum of 1 ticket only per transaction. Redemption of physical tickets may be done at any SM Ticket outlet nationwide. Watsons Club members can avail of Standard Delivery via the Watsons App or the Watsons Website. SM Tickets service charge is applied upon redemption.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY PHYSICAL TICKET AT THE SM TICKET OUTLET?
Just present a printed/digital copy of the email containing your Unique Redemption Code and 1 valid government-issued ID at the outlet to get your free ticket.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I AVAIL?
Maximum of one (1) ticket per transaction. You can avail of multiple tickets under one (1) account, but one (1) ticket only per transaction or checkout. Only a maximum of three (3) transactions per account are allowed.

Members can reserve and choose their seat upon claiming of physical tickets.

Yes, to redeem tickets for other people, please bring the required documents stated below upon redemption:

WHEN IS THE START OF TICKET REDEMPTION?
Ticket redemption will start on July 1 for all ticket tiers. List of available SM Ticket outlets can be found at https://www.smtickets.com/outlets.
WILL THERE BE QUEUING FOR VIP STANDING TICKET HOLDERS ON SHOW DAY?
Yes, queuing numbers are based on the date and time of your ticket redemption at any SM ticket outlets nationwide. Release of queuing links is available 1 week before show day.
HOW MUCH IS THE TICKETING CHARGE UPON REDEMPTION?
Customers are required to pay the P60 SM Tickets service charge upon redemption of their ticket. No other fees will be charged. Only Cash payments are accepted.
CAN I REQUEST AN E-TICKET INSTEAD OF A PHYSICAL TICKET?
No. Only physical tickets are allowed on show day.
WATSONS APP QUEUING REMINDERS
Users on the Watsons App or Watsons Website will be automatically redirected to the queue room after a certain period of inactivity.
Users in the queue room will be automatically re-queued if they do not start their session on the Watsons App or Watsons Website after a certain period of inactivity (15 minutes).
When a user checks out and successfully accesses the Thank You page, the website will redirect to the queue room after 15 seconds.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY UNIQUE REDEMPTION CODE IS VALID?
Only Unique Redemption Codes received from playlist@watsons.com.ph are considered valid. Any other codes released by other sources will not be accepted.
CAN WE ISSUE A REPLACEMENT FOR LOST TICKETS?
We will not be liable for lost tickets. Lost tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced. Please ensure you safely keep you physical ticket until show day. Tickets with faded prints will still be accepted.
